研究内容

1. 酶工程:沿着“酶分子结构→计算机模拟辅助酶分子设计酶的制备酶的应用”创新链,开展系统深入的研究。

2. 油脂工程:针对油脂的酶法改性研究,包括酶法合成中长链结构脂、甘油二酯和生物柴油等。
